Twinkle ~ Needle Felted Soft Sculpture Bear, In Play Suit, OOAK, 4 Way Jointed/Posable
Introducing Twinkle!
A sleepy little bear who wears her naturally (Wensleydale) curly hair with an added touch of old gold twinkle to match her twinkle nose. Whilst the weather is chilly, she keeps warm by wearing her (removable) hand knitted pure cotton playsuit which is adorned with genuine vintage rolled gold highly detailed leaves, she should have been making a nest with the leaves really, but she chose to wear them instead!.
Her arms and legs are wooden button jointed so she can be sat on her own, or stand with the support of a prop (vintage cotton reals in photos are not included) and posed in varying positions. Her hand knitted play suit is removable by untying the shoulder bows, underneath she completely 'bear' apart from her tiny steel TCC logo badge.
She is made of Jacob sheep wool throughout (except for the Wensleydale hair) and made with oodles of love throughout. This makes her soft, yet firm to the touch and very huggable!
She is just over 7" tall (19cm) x just over 4" (11cm) wide.
She is of my own design (as with all the things I make) , therefor she is ONE OF A KIND.
She is a true labour of love having taken 42 hours38 minutes from the design stage to completion)
Please note that she is NOT SUITABLE AS A TOY.
She will travel in her own cellophane bag, with her information tag enclosed.
